    Basic Information

    Investment Objective

    The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in high yield fixed income instruments of companies and governments located around the world, including emerging markets. Under normal market conditions and after the initial investment period following this offering, at least 80% of the Fund’s Investable Assets (as defined below) will be invested in a portfolio of global high yield fixed income instruments with varying maturities and other investments (including derivatives) with similar economic characteristics.
